Consumers have the right to cancel contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MiriMari Modedesign OG, Marktstraße 24, 6850 Dornbirn, Austria, Phone Number +43 676 6005090, Email service@mirimari.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not residents of a European Union member state at the time of the contract conclusion and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the contract conclusion are outside the European Union.
